Covered Products All furniture, cutting boards, and custom wood products manufactured by DAF Handmade and Gold Coast are covered by this warranty.

Warranty Coverage

We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the delivery date.

What’s Covered:

Cracking, splitting, or separation due to normal use.

Hardware failure due to defective installation.

Structural joint failure

What’s Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear.

Improper use or abuse.

Environmental exposure (humidity, sun, water)

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Claim Process:

We’ll assess the issue and respond within 24 business hours.

If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or issue a credit
